Partnerships The Partnerships category provides resources to assist municipal managers in considering, promoting, and establishing new partnerships, as well as with strategies for maintaining, extending, and improving existing partnerships. These partnerships could be internal to the municipality (involving local community groups) or with external partners. Some of these resources will help managers to ‘think outside the box’ when considering opportunities for partnership.
